Projects encompass a variety of creative interests, utilizing imagination, experience, and technology to generate visually arresting and informative material. The results of these projects are then developed into a diverse range of products and services, of which I’m incredibly proud of.

NYC Nights

Begun April 2013, NYC Nights is an ongoing project capturing moments across New York City during mainly nocturnal hours. I’ve covered a variety of sites across Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens. Staten Island and the Bronx are a bit out of the way for me, yet would like to eventually incorporate shoots from those boroughs.

ze Roof Storm Moments

Begun April 2018, ze Roof (Apocalyptic) Storm Moments is an ongoing project capturing storms from a Brooklyn based rooftop. Amazingly atmospheric, the storms are sometimes celestial with dashes of ethereal and ephemeral flavoring. Not for the faint of heart, an incredibly unique experience seeing first hand the magical weather tapestry of nature.

NYC Days

Begun all the way back in the spring of 1991, NYC Days has been an ongoing project capturing moments by the light of day. Wandering across the New York City landscape, I’ve seen a myriad of sights, many of which have been mesmerizing and surreal. Though my schedule inhibits this category of shooting in recent years, when giving the opportunity I have at it.

Begun all the way back in 2008, periodic portraiture based shoots have been conducted. People and animal subjects have varied, moments caught by the light of day or artificial lights of night.

Coming soon, will incorporate some motion into the creative mix. Looking forward to having this dynamic means of capturing moments elevating what can be experienced during NYC Nights and ze Roof Storm Moment shoots.

Video Shoots | Education & Information

Utilizing video segments (short in length, 2 to 3 minutes or so) to share 32 years (and counting) of photographic experience. Broken into a variety of imaging topics, the videos will be a more personalized way of sharing information. I’m hopeful that these snippets will be helpful with anyone’s unique photographic journey. My intent is to share moments from out in the field as well as in house.

Additionally, will embrace live one to one and group based video conferencing. The idea is expanding upon the previously mentioned short video segments into live tutorial sessions. As this comes together more information to follow.
